Incubating the brand
into the MIcrosoft family ...

Parature provided SaaS cross-channel customer service software, and was acquired by Microsoft in 2014 for $100M to bolster their knowledge base for the Dynamics CRM platform. Abrials + Partners was tasked with incubating Parature into the Microsoft brand family by updating and aligning their digital and marketing communications assets toward Microsoft's brand and sales process. In November of 2016, the incubation was complete and Parature was officially rolled into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
