    Christian Starr is our Senior Art Director, with 25+ years of agency and client-side experience. Christian has led the design and interactive efforts for major campaigns for some of the nation's most successful marketing organizations, including AOL, American Mobile Satellite, Concert (the joint venture between AT&T and BT), Microsoft and Kingsley-Bate. Prior to 2000, Christian was the Director of Advertising at XM Satellite Radio from inception to their initial public offering. A traditional artist by training, Christian is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. in Fine Art, and, to his credit, has received more than 85 awards for creative and design excellence. Christian has also been featured in Print and Communication Arts magazines.

    Mark Abrials is the agency's senior partner and creative director, with 20+ years of experience. Mark has extensive experience in the B2B, technology and consumer marketplaces, working with some of nation's most successful brands. His work has been featured in Print, Communication Arts and Adweek magazines, and he boasts more than 100+ awards for marketing excellence. Prior to 1995, Mark was the Director of Marketing at Post Newsweek Business Information, a subsidiary of The Washington Post, where he directed the efforts of all business and technology publications, online products, trade shows and special events. Mark is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a B.F.A. in Fine Art, and holds a graduate certificate from The George Washington University in Public Relations.
